Text HEAR to 85258
Cambridgeshire & Peterborough ICB have teamed up with SHOUT, to provide a free to use, 24/7 real-time text service to support people of all ages who are in distress.
Launching on the 13th November, texting HEAR to 85258 to a trained mental health clinician, who will help you achieve a calm state and direct you to local and national services and resources by text.
