If you are feeling low in mood it may be advisable to book an appointment and speak to a GP.

Particularly if it is effecting you sleep, appetite or concentration.  Other signs of depression may be a decrease in energy levels or a lack of enjoyment.  Please book a GP appointment if you develop thoughts of self harm.

Mental health Crisis.

A new 24/7 crisis mental health service was launched. By calling 111 and selecting option 2, anyone of any age, living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough can self-refer to these services. Watch our short animation here for more information.
