We have a computerised appointment system and offer same-day appointments for most requests. Some pre-bookable appointments are available up to 5 weeks ahead, these are useful for follow up appointments for more chronic problems.

Patients will always be spoken to within 24 hours if urgent by a health professional.
As far as possible, patients will be offered a consultation with an appropriate clinician, but will be seen by any of the GPs as necessary.
Practice Nurses
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly. The receptionist will be able to guide you on this.

Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
